Chisholm Trail Local is an initiative of 5 Stone. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
The Trail Letter: your email address.
Contact form: whatever you send us, such as your name, email and message.
Business owners: your name, email, phone, business details, and login info when you list, claim or upgrade. Featured Pro payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't store your full card number.
Basic analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, so we can see how the Site is used.
How we use it
To run the Site, manage listings and accounts, reply to you, send The Trail Letter, process Featured Pro payments and deliver the plan, and improve the Site.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the Site, send email and process payments, only as needed to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Public business info
Business listings are public. Featured Pro listings also show public Google reviews and ratings.
Cookies
We use basic analytics cookies only. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Every Trail Letter email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe and we'll stop.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, fix or delete your information. We'll reply within a reasonable time.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to run the Site, or as long as the law requires.
Kids
The Site isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
